Maintenance Precautions for Wire Rope Hydraulic Presses.

To ensure more convenient and safe operation of the socket pressing machine and extend its service life, please be sure to pay attention to the following precautions:

1.  Before performing any maintenance, carefully read the instruction manual and operate the machine according to its requirements.
2.  Lubricate the guide columns periodically to ensure they are always well-lubricated.
3.  Regularly check the fixing screws of the upper and lower die holders (4 screws for the upper holder; 1 screw located in the center of the lower holder). Tighten them promptly if any looseness is found.
4.  Always disconnect the power supply after completing pressing operations to ensure safety.
5.  After using the machine, promptly clean the dies, the machine surface, and surrounding areas of oil stains to keep the equipment clean and tidy.
6.  Avoid exposing the socket pressing machine directly to environments with blowing sand, floating dust, or severe acidic/alkaline corrosive gases.
7.  Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank regularly based on usage frequency. Prolonged use can degrade the quality of the hydraulic oil, thereby affecting the machine's pressing force. Over time, various contaminants may enter the hydraulic oil. These contaminants can circulate with the oil into the hydraulic system, potentially impairing the normal function of hydraulic components.
8.  Do not disassemble the socket pressing machine unless you are a qualified professional. The machine requires relatively high precision and sealing performance. Unauthorized disassembly may compromise its precision and sealing, very likely affecting the machine's normal operation.
