The GT-60 Hydraulic Wire Rope Swage Press Machine (C Frame), a C-frame model, stands as the smallest in our C-style wire rope press lineup, tailored for precision swaging of small-diameter wire ropes (1mm–10mm). It is a core tool in factories specializing in light-load sling production, ideal for manufacturing slings used to lift lightweight products like C-clip hangers and shot fire solutions.
This machine boasts practical, production-focused features: its overall basket design ensures a compact footprint, high structural strength, and excellent concentricity—resulting in pressed slings with smooth, burr-free surfaces that meet quality standards. The round mold design, paired with automatic positioning, simplifies mold replacement, cutting downtime when switching between different rope sizes. For operational efficiency, the piston auto-retracts downward post-pressing, and its movement can be time-controlled, ensuring consistent swaging results and reducing manual oversight.
In terms of delivery, the machine is packaged with shrink wrap and an iron box for secure transit, and comes with essential accessories: seals and a high-pressure tube. Lead time ranges from 10–30 days, enabling factories to plan production schedules effectively.
