Selection of a Wire Rope Socket Pressing Machine is Crucial

Our company was established in 1992 and specializes exclusively in the manufacture of wire rope socket pressing machines. We have developed rapidly, with overseas clients having purchased machines from our factory for nine years. Our relatively low production costs naturally result in more competitive pricing. The current market is somewhat chaotic; some manufacturers dare to sell their machines as soon as they are assembled, regardless of whether their technical capabilities are sufficient. There are many domestic manufacturers of socket pressing machines, each with different levels of technical expertise, so we will refrain from commenting on individual companies here.

Naturally, ordinary consumers, not being industry insiders, often focus on price when making a selection. This allows some manufacturers lacking technical capability to exploit the situation. As a manufacturer of wire rope socket pressing machines, we find this deeply regrettable. It is difficult for mere claims about a product's quality to be genuinely convincing. Only by personally visiting the factory for inspection and a hands-on experience can one truly understand the quality of our equipment and the results of our pressed wire rope sockets.

A socket pressing machine is a category of hydraulic press. It is a mechanical device that utilizes hydraulic oil as the working medium, primarily used for processing and pressing wire rope sockets. Gangtai Hydraulic's socket pressing machines employ a hydraulic control system, making the equipment highly precise. In operation, hydraulic components require regular maintenance. While striving to enhance performance specifications, correct operation is essential. Therefore, the efficient functioning of hydraulic press equipment is inseparable from daily maintenance. For the socket pressing machine, there are seven key maintenance points to note during daily use:

1.  When using the socket pressing machine, first check if the electrical circuits are normal and if all parts and components of the equipment are securely fastened. This is recommended weekly.
2.  Operators must complete training before commencing work to prevent incorrect operation that could cause harm to personal safety or damage the equipment itself.
3.  Check the oil tank for leaks and inspect the hydraulic oil for impurities. Under normal conditions, hydraulic oil can last over a year.
4.  Perform several idle pressing cycles before starting work to ensure all parts of the equipment operate normally and without abnormalities.
5.  Operate within the standard pressure range. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the pressure beyond the specified limits.
6.  During equipment operation, it is strictly forbidden for any part of the body to contact the upper and lower moving parts of the machine to prevent personal injury.
7.  If the equipment malfunctions, immediately turn off the power switch and then proceed with inspection and repair.
